After online registration, duly filled in application form downloaded from the RGHG website along with all the required documents must reach the hostel office in person (Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm) or by post. A demand draft of Rs.150/- for GEN/OBC and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PwD categories in favour of Provost, Rajiv Gandhi Hostel for Girls, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi should be submitted along with the application form. Submission of documents and fee for readmission students

All the students seeking readmission are required to submit all the relevant documents and pay fee on or before 20th November 2020. Submitting the soft and hard copy of all the required documents will be student's responsibility failing which the admission may be cancelled.Details of the fees to be submitted and the bank account details will be sent on the registered email of the candidates after receiving their documents.

With reference to the University notice dated 20th October, 2020, second year regular residents will be allowed to come in the hostel in a phased manner. Such students must inform the hostel via email three days prior to their arrival. We have already given the deadline to 31st October 2020 and for students who can’t vacate the hostel by 31st October extension is given till 30 November 2020 with charges to be paid as per MC meeting dated 27 June 2020.Sd/-

For all guest residents, who are currently bonafide students of University of Delhi are hereby informed that if they are not able to vacate their hostel room, then they can keep their rooms till the admission process starts in the hostel for the academic year 2020-21.They may require to vacate the hostel in case:-
i) The students of higher merit apply in the hostel.
ii) Non availability of rooms in the hostel.
These students have to pay charges according to the managing committee meeting dated 27th June 2020.

The examinations of the final year students are over and it is directed that the students currently residing in the hostel as well as students staying at home must vacate the hostel by 31st October 2020.Sd/-

All the students who have already emailed for vacating the hostel are allowed to vacate the hostel physically. For this, date and time slots will be provided to the students by the hostel. All such students should write an email requesting to vacate the hostel physically and must follow the guidelines given by the university and the hostel.The students have to follow strictly the schedule given to them. No student will be allowed without the scheduled time.

All the Research students who want to come back to the hostel should write an email along with the consent of her supervisor mentioning that, her presence in the hostel is required. Precautions must be taken by the students to prevent the infection regarding COVID – 19.Sd/-

Following things should be kept in mind before visiting the hostel:
1) Residents need to inform the Hostel at least 2 days prior to their visit.
2) Timing of visit should be between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
3) Residents won’t be allowed to go inside the hostel.
4) Resident needs to bring sufficient bags as to avoid inconvenience.
5) Resident must ensure wearing mask and maintaining social distancing during the entire process.
